Founded in 1999, we’re passionate about helping plaintiff attorneys get even better results for their clients, mainly through our AdvoTrac Case Expense Funding Service. As Seventh Amendment advocates, we are always looking for ways to encourage, educate and support our law firm clients as they pursue justice on their clients’ behalf. Although we’re not lawyers, we are experts in case expense financing.
Our strategic financing for law firms works for you, not the other way around. Unlike our competitors, we don’t tell you which cases to fund or how much you can fund per case. We don’t evaluate a case’s merit. It’s your law firm and your choice how to use the line of credit.
Our proprietary AdvoTrac software is built for the specific needs of contingent-fee law firms. Our dedicated development team is continually enhancing the application based on client and team member feedback.

One of our passions is protecting the environment. Each time we add a new client, we donate to the Arbor Day Foundation’s Plant 10 trees in our Nation’s Forest program in our client’s honor.
We’re also 100% paperless for all internal operations and we’re committed to recycling, energy reduction and purchasing used office furniture whenever possible.
