Michael J. Swanson and I had the great pleasure of presenting the 2015 Advocate Capital, Inc. / American Association for Justice Paralegal of the Year Award to this year’s winner, Christine Flynn. The ceremony took place in Montreal, Canada during the American Association for Justice Annual Convention.
Ms. Flynn is the senior litigation paralegal at Haggerty, Goldberg, Schleifer & Kupersmith, P.C., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She was nominated by Attorney James C. Haggerty.
As the senior litigation paralegal, Ms. Flynn organizes all file materials, summarizes all information and documentation, prepares cases for trial and interacts directly with clients. In addition to her file responsibilities, she coordinates the efforts of the Case Managers in handling matters in the pre-litigation stage.
Advocate Capital, Inc. and the American Association for Justice recognize the great importance of paralegals, like Ms. Flynn, to the legal profession and are delighted to help recognize the paralegals who work so hard to help trial lawyers achieve justice for their clients.
