This year’s Public Justice Foundation Phonathon was a huge success! The initial goal was to reach $475,000 for the Foundation, but not only were we able to surpass that goal, we raised more than $1.5 million in pledges and donations. It was a first for not only the phonathon, but in Public Justice history!
The total money raised by both our phonathon teams, the Tweeters and the Bloggers, was extremely close. However, the Tweeters came out on top, raising $761,247 for the Foundation, while the Bloggers brought in $739,432. Hats off to both teams!
Not only did we surpass our overall fundraising goal, but we beat all of our goals for Membership, Gala Sponsorships, and Special Gifts.
Above I am pictured with the victorious Team Tweeter leaders Preston Tisdale and Dan Bryson. Thank you for your leadership, Preston and Dan!
