The Accounting and Client Management teams recently got together for a wonderful lunch hour full of team building and great food. Both teams had associates from out of the area in town for orientation with our parent company, Pinnacle Financial Partners. This provided an excellent chance for socializing and interacting outside of our standard business procedures.
The event started with a short icebreaker activity in which team members shared fun facts about themselves. The teams then proceeded to partake in a fabulous lunch catered by Poncho & Lefty's, a popular Mexican restaurant in Nashville. While enjoying lunch, everyone socialized with each other and had a great time.
Through team building events such as this, associates enjoyed the morale boost and overall good vibes created through spending a social hour together. We are committed to creating connectedness within our workforce.
