If our clients navigate to this section in AdvoTrac®, they have access to a library of training tutorials and PDF instructions. These tutorials are divided into four categories: AdvoTrac®, Case Management, General, and QuickBooks®.
The AdvoTrac® section shows you how to perform all the functions in AdvoTrac®. If you forget the steps to run an information-only payoff quote, check out the video on it. Maybe you have hired someone new at the firm and want to get them up to speed in AdvoTrac®, have them watch the whole library!
The Case Management section shows you how to run a report for funding out of your case management software if you use Clio, FileVine, or Needles. We are constantly working on expanding this library to accommodate all the different platforms that our customers use.
The General section elaborates on some of the accounting procedures you may use, and you can find a video on how to process a case substitution.
The QuickBooks® section will cover recommended best practices on booking accounting transactions in QuickBooks® for Advocate Capital, Inc. Many of our new clients find this section helpful after they process their first funding or payoff.
