Ashley Harrison Recognized for Five Years at Advocate Capital, Inc.

Congratulations to Ashley Harrison who recently celebrated her five-year anniversary with Advocate Capital, Inc.

Ashley joined the Advocate Capital team in 2014 as a Quality Assurance Analyst. Over the course of 5 years, she has become a senior leader on the team and specializes in training and development of all online research projects.

Before joining the Advocate team, Ashley held a paralegal position with a large defense firm for 7 years. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Austin Peay State University where she majored in Political Science with a concentration in Legal Studies.

Ashley’s education, experience and pursuit of excellence have enabled her to become not only a valued member of the Quality Assurance Team but a key contributor to the overall success of the ACI team.

Donna Jones is the President and Director of Associate & Client Experience at Advocate Capital, Inc., which became a part of Pinnacle in 2019. Ms. Jones is a member of the Board of Directors of Advocate Capital, Inc. and serves as a member of the Credit Committee. Her responsibilities include education and training of Advocate Capital staff regarding civil litigation, coaching new clients on the fundamentals of Advocate’s online services, as well as its proprietary software application, AdvoTrac®, and all activities related to existing and prospective clients.
