Partnership is one of our core values as an organization. How can we continue nurturing mutually beneficial relationships? We came together as a team and discussed our challenges and successes from the last year. Advocate Capital Inc. hosted its annual Account Owners meeting on July 19th in the Downtown Pinnacle Financial Partners building at Symphony Place.
The day’s primary topic was how the Directors of Strategic Solutions (DSS) and Executive Client Managers (ECM) teams can collaborate more cohesively. These two teams make up the Advocate Capital, Inc. Account Owners. The strategic solutions team traditionally manages the prospect relationship until the customer’s first anniversary, when they transition onto an executive client manager.
We started the meeting with a delicious catered lunch from Corky’s BBQ, followed by a day of brainstorming and fun games to bring some lighthearted banter between the ECM team and the DSS team. This session was an excellent opportunity to enforce camaraderie, and it shed light on a few areas of opportunity that the teams could work out to enhance efficiency.
The strategy session was successful, from discussing the transfer of accounts from DSS to ECMs to sharing stories of continuing to build our client relationships while providing the best services to the plaintiff law firms we serve. A great tip shared by one of our ECMs was inviting our clients to “virtual coffee” instead of a traditional Zoom. Another creative tip was on communicating with our clients by making email subject lines a silly topic that will catch their eye. Small gestures like that make Advocate Capital such a great company to be a part of- whether it is as an associate or a client, we care.
Congratulations to our day hosts, Susan Greene, Michel Moore, and Taylor Moore, for planning and making this happen! We value your contributions.
