The first winner of this honor from the Quality Assurance Review team is Ashley Harrison, Quality Assurance Analyst III.
Ashley has been an integral part of the Quality Assurance Review team since 2014. Not only has she delivered amazing service to our internal customers with her annual reports, but she has taken our research process and procedures to new heights with her innovative techniques and tracking methods.
Recently, Ashley also became co-chair of our AdvoReaders Book Club and coordinates our monthly book review meetings and luncheons.
