The Q-4 winner from our Client Management/Training Team is Billie Hardison, Training Specialist II.
Billie joined the Advocate Team in 2012 as an Accounting Specialist with years of accounting experience in a Fortune 500 company. She was promoted to Business Analyst in 2016 to maximize her skills in the development of our AdvoTrac® proprietary software application. Due to the continued growth of our business, she embraced the new role as our dedicated Training Specialist in 2017.
Billie personifies Continuous Improvement through her many training initiatives with prospects, clients, and new employee orientation programs. She has also served and chaired our Training Committee and Network Architecture Committee.
Not only does Billie demonstrate the Continuous Improvement core value in all she does but she also delivers training content at the highest level, bringing the best possible value to our clients. Professionalism is a core value that Billie exhibits each and every day.
