Cindy Sharp, Quality Assurance Analyst II, is the recipient of this award for August 2019.
Cindy has been an integral member of the Quality Assurance Review team since 2016. Cindy enjoys complex research for multiple and ongoing projects and dives in deep to fully investigate cases. Cindy’s eye for details has also led to a variety of procedural updates for the QAR Team.
Cindy is a member of our Continuous Improvement and Wellness Committees in which she serves as a chair for the Healthy Cooking Club. Cindy shares healthy recipes and prepares snacks for her colleagues with the greatest enthusiasm. Cindy leads by example and frequently offers her assistance and checks in on others.
