Debbie joined Advocate Capital on August 1, 2002 and is rapidly approaching her 20th anniversary.
She will be the first person to reach this milestone!
Debbie processed all client payments and funding alone for approximately ten years and had Accounts Payable and manual filing duties. Wow!
Below are two continuous improvement requirements, one each from teamwork and service. Debbie demonstrates all these attributes daily.
- Process – Make changes in quality and process that enhance workflow and redundant eliminate steps
- Creativity - Never accept the ‘status quo.’
- Look beyond the “procedures” or what is minimally required in respective roles to see a larger opportunity to strategically contribute toward our company mission.
- Deliver a “Wow” experience by providing helpful, humble service both to our clients and to each other.
Debbie accepts change well and is always willing to do what is best for the team and Advocate Capital!
She is the first to complete all required training courses assigned and consistently provides a “WOW” service to our internal and external clients.
Debbie serves on the AdvoTrac® Rewrite Committee: Who better to ask our questions than Debbie, who was here before AdvoTrac® when all processing was in Loan Tracker?
Debbie has a service heart and is always willing to help her accounting and ACI teammates.
