Our 2022 Q4 Employee Spotlight Award winner is Kaila Davenport. Kaila started with Advocate Capital as a full-time Accounting Assistant on 6/30/2020. On 6/1/2022, Kaila earned a promotion to Accounting Specialist!
Kaila exemplifies the company's core values of learning, fairness, and results. She is a quick learner, demonstrated by mastering the quality control position, auditing position, and AdvoTrac® transaction processing in two years! In 2023, Kaila will continue her learning in the financial accounting team.
What makes Kaila stand out is her flexibility and teamwork in offering her services during peak workload. She says yes when asked to support someone and reaches out to teammates to assist.
Also, Kaila is a master problem solver. When she sees an issue, she peels back the onion layers and finds the root cause or brings in other teammates to talk it through.
