The inaugural winner from our Client Management/Training Team is Michelle Rigsby, Executive Client Manager II.
Michelle started with Advocate Capital in 2012 as a Quality Assurance Analyst. She graciously volunteered and promoted to the Executive Client Manager role in 2016.
Michelle exemplifies platinum level service with her account portfolio and professionalism is a daily theme. She has also served and chaired our Wellness Committee internally, creating initiatives like massage day and desk yoga for our entire team.
She is very active with our TEAM HOPE community initiatives.
