Susan joined Advocate Capital in March 2018 as a Quality Assurance Analyst. She quickly shined in the role and took on new responsibilities as an Executive Client Manager in September 2019. As an Executive Client Manager, Susan builds great relationships with her portfolio of clients. She often receives praise from clients for her outstanding service and professionalism.
Susan says of her role, "I enjoy observing firsthand the differences trial lawyers make by righting wrongs and providing the keys to the courthouse for all injured parties to obtain justice."
She is passionate about supporting Advocate Capital clients. Susan is also a frequent volunteer with Advocate Capital's Team Hope community service events. She has organized fundraising efforts for causes like tornado relief, medical expenses, etc., and is very active in her church youth program.
