Attorney Jayme L. Walker has extensive experience and success in employment law, personal injury, wrongful death and civil rights law. She served as co-trial counsel with J. Gary Gwilliam in a business dispute that resulted in a verdict for their client in excess of $11M. She has also taken the lead role alongside Randall E. Strauss in litigating many high-profile cases including a 2015 whistleblower lawsuit against the City and County of San Francisco and the City’s Chief of Police, securing a $725,000.00 settlement on behalf of the client.
Attorney Robert J. Schwartz also brings extensive experience in employment law including a central role alongside J. Gary Gwilliam in the heavily contested employment law litigation against Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory involving the layoff of hundreds of workers which resulted in a settlement of more than $37M on behalf of the workers. Attorney Schwartz also adds extensive experience in personal injury, civil litigation and appeals cases.
