Congratulations to our friend and client, Kevin P. Kuehner on becoming board Certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy! Kevin earned his certification as a Civil Trial and Civil Practice advocate.
The National Board of Trial Advocacy was established in 1977 to set standards illustrating an attorney’s experience and expertise in the practice of trial law.
The application process is extensive and includes demonstration of substantial trial experience, submission of judicial and peer references to attest to their competency, attendance of continuing legal education courses, submission of legal writing documents, proof of good standing and passing of an examination.
Kevin joins an elite group of lawyers who have achieved board certification. The NTBA says of Kevin’s certification:
“Board Certification is the highest, most stringent, and most reliable honor an attorney can achieve. Board certifications are the only distinctions awarded by non-profit organizations. The NBTA as well as all board certifying organizations are committed to safeguarding the public’s ability to choose a good attorney. Approximately three percent of American lawyers are board certified, and Mr. Kuehner is a member of a very select group who has taken the time to prove competence in their specialty area and earn board certification.”
Kevin P. Kuehner is a graduate of Syracuse College of Law and is licensed to practice in New York in both the State and Federal Courts. He has been involved in hundreds of personal injury actions and has dedicated his entire career to assisting individuals and families who have been harmed by careless and reckless conduct.
He is a member of the American Association for Justice, New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York Trial Lawyers Academy and the Onondaga County Bar Association. He has taught other lawyers across the State of New York and has been an instructor at both Syracuse University and the Syracuse College of Law for many years.
Advocate Capital, Inc. congratulates Kevin Kuehner on his board certification. We are proud to partner with Plaintiff Injury firms, and attorney’s like Kevin P. Kuehner in their pursuit of justice.
