In line with our commitment to associate well-being and engagement, Advocate Capital's Culture Club and Wellness Champions organized a rejuvenating massage day on September 27th. Colleagues across the Nashville market were invited to indulge in company-funded massages and a delightful lunch from Panera Bread. I was honored to greet our team members as they arrived for their scheduled massages. The most gratifying part of this experience was witnessing the profound impact of the event. Watching stress and tension dissolve, leaving each associate feeling invigorated, relaxed, and revitalized, not to mention with contented bellies, truly validated our committee’s hard work.
The Advocate Capital Culture Committee is dedicated to providing associates with meaningful education and experience to promote well-being and inclusiveness within the firm. Doing so by offering a quarterly wellness day to include yoga, CPR/first aid, and massages. Why is it that Advocate Capital chose massages? Massage can help with allergies, sinus congestion, plugged ears, muscle tightness and pain, headaches, digestive problems, sleep problems, anxiety, and depression, and it just feels great! Massage also improves focus and increases productivity, as well as raises your energy level.
We extend our gratitude to Andrea Mindigo and David Reeves of Revigorate Corporate Massage for making the trip to our Metro Center location and tending to our associates' well-being. Their warmth and professionalism are truly exceptional. Thank you for ensuring that we all left feeling refreshed and reinvigorated!
