The starting wage rate for this position is $22.35-$23.00 hourly or $46,488-$47,840 annually, depending on experience.

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator (MC) capably handles the administrative side of executing Advocate Capital’s marketing strategy, working via multiple channels to publicize the Advocate Capital story and educate trial lawyers on Advocate Capital’s lending products through diligent organization, detail orientation and concise business writing skills.
The MC assists with Salesforce data entry and management and daily and weekly marketing tasks as assigned by Leadership and Account Owner requests. In addition to these responsibilities, this position manages client gift orders, helps write company blog postings, manages the AdvoCap Insurance website, posts on AdvoCap socials, and shares with all associates. The MC also orders business cards, Employee Spotlight gifts, and other weekly tasks.
Job Responsibilities
- Diligent Salesforce management and administration – enter relevant data and create campaigns, referrals, contacts, and accounts within the deadline. Create necessary reports and assist with other Salesforce tasks as requested by Leadership.
- Fulfill recurring marketing tasks, ranging from social media updates to processing website leads on time and utilizing various software for other duties within the deadline.
- Coordinate Account Owner tasks for website edits, Salesforce tasks, book mailings, and more promptly.
- Manage client gift orders. Work with a promotional rep to plan timely gifts within the budget given by the VP of Marketing.
- Coordinate Account Owner business card orders, social media accounts, and headshot shoots.
The Marketing Coordinator may:
- Cross-trained in other types of marketing work, including video interviews, webinars, podcasts, pre/post-production duties, graphic editing, and tradeshow coordination assistance.
- Track social media analytics as needed.
- Maintain AdvocateCapital.com, add content, and monitor website performance.
- Participate in special projects as directed by Leadership.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Candidate must reside in Middle Tennessee and be able to attend Nashville meetings, events, etc. as needed
- Minimum: High School
- Desired: Bachelor’s Degree in a related
- 1 – 2 years of experience effectively administering marketing activities preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Salesforce, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Photoshop experience are preferred.
