One of the great things that we do here at Advocate Capital is celebrate the hard work and dedicated of our staff. We use Pay It Forward as a platform to publicly recognize staff members who have lived out our Core Values of professionalism, integrity, continuous improvement, teamwork and service in exemplary fashion.
Last Monday, Elaine Aniton (a Senior Strategic Solutions Director on my team) paid it forward during our most recent company-wide morning Huddle and recognized our Controller Shirley Johnson.
