I recently did a training with Joe Hernandez of Law Offices of Ezequiel Reyna, Jr., P.C. After each training session, I send out a survey asking how I did. Joe’s reply has to be the best yet! He wrote:
“Created a spreadsheet and tried to submit
Learned quickly, it did not click
Got stumped, did not know what to do
So I “SOS” a friend who would guide me through
Received a phone call from the Training Team
Embarrassed I was, if you know what I mean
Sending me a first Responder late afternoon
Permission granted to use an app called “zoom”
Analyzed the situation in nothing flat Resolving the problem just like that
The names on the list did not match mine
Fixing it was easy, the Payoff Upload worked fine.”
He wrote to me in poetic form, what was I to do?
Respond, of course, with poetry, too!
“I appreciate your feedback, Joe, and what can I say?
I’ve never been called a First Responder before today!
I’m glad I was able to help and get you what you need.
Training is what I do and I can go at any speed!
I get answers and I get them fast
Getting them for you was definitely a blast
If you need anything else, I’m just a phone call away
Don’t hesitate next time; we’ll hold your hand any day!”
