Often, when conducting zoom meetings, you may find that you need to share your screen so participants can view what you are viewing. In this blog, I will discuss the different options for screen sharing in zoom.
To share your screen, you will notice a small green box at the bottom of your screen. Click it, and you see several screen-sharing options. You can share your entire desktop, a single application, or a whiteboard that will allow you to draw out what you need. (Here at Advocate Capital, Inc., we’ve used the whiteboard for team building activities, like Pictionary!)
Navigate to www.zoom.us and click the Resources drop-down. Select Video Tutorials. Scroll down to the category Audio, Video, Sharing. Select Sharing Your Screen, or you can use this link to navigate directly to the video.
We love feedback from our customers and implement suggestions often. If you have a question or ideas for a blog, let me know. I might write about it!
