Executive Client Manager
Lisa Graf joined the Advocate Capital, Inc. team as our Referral Partner Coordinator.
As a Referral Partner Coordinator, Ms. Graf served as liaison to our partners at Pinnacle Financial Partners, working closely with the Advocate team and existing clients to create a seamless referral experience for banking needs. Through this role, Ms. Graf developed a strong understanding of the needs of Advocate Capital clients.
Before joining Advocate Capital, Ms. Graf worked in customer relationship management at the Nashville City Club. In this role, Ms. Graf worked directly with city officials, state/local elected representatives, banking, society, legal, and business leaders to deliver platinum service.
Ms. Graf brings two decades of experience in customer service and deep respect for our clients’ important work to her role at Advocate Capital, Inc. She is zealous about building relationships with our clients nationwide.
Ms. Graf has a passion for animal rescues and often volunteers to foster senior or special needs dogs. Ms. Graf is also dedicated to helping the Nashville Mission and assisting their work in helping the local homeless community.
Ms. Graf holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Memphis.
